The main hall measures 5.2m (17') x 11.9m (39') Area: 663 square feet / 62 square metres
The small hall measures 4.6m (15') x 4.75m (15'6") Area: 232 square feet / 22 square metres

All bookings will require a deposit of £100.00, which will be forfeited if the hall is not cleared up properly and / or vacated by the times specified.

All the tables of items and costs, together with considerable further detail, will only display when viewed in a landscape position so, if you are reading this, please turn your device 90º to reveal them.

Hire of hall toilet facilities for weddings (when the hall is not being used for the wedding reception)

The hall toilet facilities can be hired for three hours for weddings when the hall has not been hired for the wedding reception. The cost of hire is £20.

£495 (£285 villagers) for 48 hour access – hours to be agreed; £200 deposit required.

Cancellations
Due to the difficulty of re-booking the hall at short notice, bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged for.

These charges were agreed by the Village Hall Committee on 30th October, 2018.

The whole process was very straight-forward and we found the hall to be a lovely venue. All communication before and after the hall hire has been excellent. Katie, February 2018
